Our company has a research and testing building of about 3,000 square meters. The building is equipped with complete torque rod testing equipment and a dedicated salt spray test room. These R&D and testing facilities are uncommon in the same industry. The company began building its polyurethane product technology base in 1983. After the company was officially established in 2012, we applied this experience to the development and manufacturing of automotive torque rods. We now have 40 employees and invest in new product development every year. At present, the company has obtained 16 authorized invention patents and 24 utility model patents, including 7 high-value invention patents.

Works With The Upper Rod

The Rear Lower Torque Rod is installed below the rear suspension and works together with the upper torque rod. Together, they limit the movement of the rear axle. The product withstands heavy loads during vehicle acceleration and braking. Its structure combines bearings with polyurethane, allowing the ball pin to rotate freely. This design converts rotational torque and axial loads into radial loads, helping prevent ball joint damage and bolt breakage.

 

We offer two models. Both have an A value of 80 mm, while their L1 values are 790 mm and 795 mm. The two models fit rear suspension systems with different installation distances. The company can produce 150,000 torque rods per month. We review each order after receiving it. After confirming the materials, we closely monitor the outsourcing process and leave sufficient buffer time in the production schedule. These steps help ensure on-time delivery.

Polyurethane elastomer has strong oil resistance and is not easily degraded by oil. This performance is similar to that of nitrile rubber. The material's wear resistance is about 3 to 5 times that of natural rubber. In actual use, lubrication can further improve its wear resistance. Its brittle temperature is generally below minus 50 degrees Celsius, and some formulations do not become brittle even at lower temperatures. This allows the Rear Lower Torque Rod to work in cold winter conditions.

Our sales team provides service before, during, and after sales. Before sales, we handle business opportunity communication and collect customer requirements. We also conduct technical reviews and quotation calculations. Before signing a contract, we confirm customer requirements and review potential risks. During sales, we track order release, material purchasing, production, final product inspection, packing, storage, and shipment. Each step has a person responsible for it.
