Yantai Chenyu Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. manufactures the Upper Torque Rod for heavy-duty truck suspension systems. Founded in 1983, the company began as a state-owned semi-military factory and has more than 40 years of experience in polyurethane products. In 2012, the company was renamed Yantai Chenyu Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. The factory is located in Fushan District, Yantai, and covers 45 mu, with a 12,000-square-meter workshop. We are IATF 16949 certified and recognized as a national-level "Little Giant" enterprise.

Strong Structure And Long Life

The product connects the vehicle frame to the axle and transfers traction forces, braking forces, and reaction torque. It uses bearings and polyurethane material to allow the ball pin to rotate freely. The structure converts complex rotational torque and axial loads into radial loads, helping reduce ball joint damage, loose components, and bolt breakage. Our Upper Torque Rod is available in 19 models for major heavy trucks and mining trucks in China.

 

The factory has more than 150 production machines, including CNC lathes, rubber injection molding machines, and polyurethane casting machines. A 3,000-square-meter research and testing building supports product development and performance testing. The facility also includes 200-ton ball pin testing equipment for load and durability verification.

Polyurethane elastomer is the core material used in this product. Its hardness range covers Shore A10 to Shore D80. Even at higher hardness levels, the material retains good elasticity and offers high wear resistance. Test results show wear resistance about 3 to 5 times that of natural rubber. At room temperature, the material absorbs 10% to 20% of vibration energy, with better performance than nitrile rubber. Its tear strength is about twice that of natural rubber, supporting long-term use under high loads.

After-sales parts do not have a warranty period, but every finished product undergoes strict factory inspection before shipment. Third-party inspection is also accepted. Export shipments are covered by insurance to help protect goods during transportation and ensure compliance with the required technical standards.
