Our technical history dates back to 1983, when the company operated as Changdao Agricultural Machinery Factory, a state-owned semi-military enterprise. The company later operated as Changdao High Energy Polyurethane Co., Ltd. In 2012, we officially changed our name to Yantai Chenyu Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. The company moved to No. 156 Fenghuangshan Road, Fushan District, Yantai. The new factory covers 45 mu, with a 6,000-square-meter first workshop. We now have 40 employees and an in-house R&D team that supports multiple new product development projects each year.

Keeps The Axle Stable

The Lateral Torque Rod helps maintain lateral stability in the vehicle suspension system. It resists lateral forces when the vehicle turns and helps prevent the axle from moving sideways. The product combines bearings with polyurethane material, allowing the ball pin to rotate smoothly within the structure. This design converts rotational torque and axial loads into radial loads, helping reduce ball joint damage and bolt breakage.

 

We offer five models, with A values of 82 mm and L values ranging from 626 to 1,188 mm. The company has CNC lathes, flat vulcanizing machines, rubber injection molding machines, internal mixers, and polyurethane casting machines. We have complete production capabilities for polyurethane products, rubber products, and metal processing. This allows us to maintain quality control throughout the production process.

Polyurethane material offers a wide hardness range from Shore A10 to Shore D80. It can achieve high hardness without the need for large amounts of filler. Its wear resistance is about 3 to 5 times that of natural rubber. At room temperature, the product can absorb 10% to 20% of vibration energy, with better vibration absorption than nitrile rubber. Its tear strength is more than twice that of natural rubber, supporting repeated impacts from heavy vehicles.

Our products have been supplied to major OEMs such as Lingong Heavy Machinery, Sany Heavy Industry, and Zoomlion. We accept customer requirements for customized product development. With our in-house R&D team and testing facilities, the development cycle for custom samples is about 40 days, while the production cycle for standard products is about 20 days. The Lateral Torque Rod can be developed according to customer drawings, samples, and application requirements.
