The company is now located at No. 156 Fenghuangshan Road, Fushan District, Yantai. The factory covers 45 mu, with a workshop area of 12,000 square meters. We now have 40 employees and our own R&D team. The team has extensive experience in polyurethane and rubber product development.

Handles Two Forces At Once

The V Torque Rod is a key suspension component for heavy vehicles. It consists of two rods arranged in a V shape. This structure handles both longitudinal and lateral forces at the same time and provides greater stability than a single torque rod. The product uses a combined bearing and polyurethane structure, allowing the ball pin to rotate freely. This design converts complex forces into radial loads, helping reduce the risk of ball joint damage and bolt breakage.

 

We currently offer one model, specification 10101004872481. Its A1 value is 84 mm, A2 is 71 mm, L1 is 589 mm, and L2 is 542 mm. The product fits wide-body mining trucks and heavy-duty trucks.

Polyurethane elastomer has a wide hardness range from Shore A10 to Shore D80. Even at high hardness, it retains good elasticity. Its wear resistance is about 3 to 5 times that of natural rubber. At room temperature, the product can absorb 10% to 20% of vibration energy, with better vibration absorption than nitrile rubber. Its tear strength is about twice that of natural rubber. This provides durability under heavy loads.

Our products have been supplied to companies such as Lingong Heavy Machinery, Sany Heavy Industry, Zoomlion, Xi'an Tongli, Shacman Tongli, and Caterpillar. In China's polyurethane joint bearing torque rod market for wide-body mining trucks, our sales volume ranks first. The product technology has passed a scientific and technological novelty search and has reached the domestic leading level.
