Our company was formerly a state-owned semi-military enterprise. This experience has made us pay close attention to product reliability. Since 1983, we have been manufacturing polyurethane products. After the company was officially established in 2012, we focused on the research and manufacturing of automotive torque rods. The company is now located in Fushan District, Yantai. The factory covers 45 mu, with a workshop area of 12,000 square meters. We have passed IATF16949 certification, as well as ISO14001 environmental management system certification and ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system certification. These certifications reflect our management standards.

Controls Rear Axle Movement

The Rear Upper Torque Rod is installed above the rear suspension. It transfers the traction and braking forces of the rear axle and transfers the rear axle's reaction torque to the frame. The product uses a combined structure of bearings and polyurethane, allowing the ball pin to rotate freely inside the structure. This structure converts complex forces into radial loads. It helps reduce the risk of ball joint damage, loose parts, and circlips coming off.

 

We offer six models. Their A values range from 87 to 105 mm, while their L values range from 748 to 848 mm. The products fit major heavy-duty trucks and wide-body mining trucks in China. The company has more than 150 production machines, along with a 200-ton ball pin testing machine and a salt spray test room. These facilities support our product testing capabilities.

Polyurethane elastomers offer strong wear resistance. Test data is usually in the range of 0.03 to 0.20 cubic millimeters per meter. This is about 3 to 5 times the wear resistance of natural rubber. Its Young's modulus covers a wide range from rubber-like to plastic-like properties. Its tear strength is about twice that of natural rubber.

The product will not become brittle at low temperatures from minus 50 to 70 degrees Celsius. This makes it suitable for cold regions. The company has also established a complete after-sales service system. When a customer reports a problem, we register the issue and make an initial assessment. If necessary, we send personnel to the site for confirmation. We also analyze samples to identify the cause. Finally, we provide a solution and carry it out fully. This process helps ensure that customer problems are handled properly.

The Rear Upper Torque Rod is available for customized development based on customer requirements. The company has its own R&D team and testing facilities. The development cycle for custom samples is about 40 days, while the production cycle for standard products is about 20 days.
