Yantai Chenyu Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. has passed energy management system certification and intellectual property management system certification. The company is now located in Fushan District, Yantai. The factory covers 45 mu, with a workshop area of 12,000 square meters. Connects Front Axle And Frame

The Front Torque Rod is installed in the front suspension of the vehicle. It connects the front axle to the frame and transfers the traction and braking forces of the front axle. It also withstands lateral forces when the vehicle turns. Our product combines bearings with polyurethane material. The ball pin rotates freely within the structure. This design converts rotational torque and axial loads into radial loads, helping reduce the risk of ball joint damage and bolt breakage.

 

We offer 10 models of the Front Torque Rod. Their A values range from 60 to 87, while their L values range from 576.5 to 1010. These models cover the installation requirements of different vehicle models. The company can produce 150,000 torque rods per month. The production cycle is 20 days for standard products and 40 days for custom products. We provide customers with progress updates during production, including photos and videos when available.

Polyurethane elastomer has excellent wear resistance. Test results are usually in the range of 0.03 to 0.20 cubic millimeters per meter. This wear resistance is about 3 to 5 times that of natural rubber. Its tear strength is also high. In particular, the tear strength of the polyester type is about twice that of natural rubber. The product does not become brittle at temperatures from minus 50 to 70 degrees Celsius, making it suitable for use in cold areas. It also has good ozone and aging resistance and is less prone to aging during long-term outdoor use.
