Protects Rear Suspension
The Rear Axle Bump Stop is installed at the rear suspension position of the vehicle. It absorbs impact loads when the rear axle moves upward and limits rear suspension travel. It prevents the rear axle from hitting the frame. It also helps distribute the load from heavy loads and rough roads and reduces vibration in the rear suspension. The rubber has good toughness and resists tearing and aging. It helps protect the rear suspension system. It is suitable for rear suspension repair and replacement on heavy trucks, dump trucks, and trailers. Our Rear Axle Bump Stop has two specifications. The first type has a total height of 50 mm, a base plate thickness of 7 mm, a rubber body height of 43 mm, a base plate length of 180 mm, a base plate width of 117 mm, a mounting hole diameter of 11 mm, a lateral hole center distance of 140 mm, a longitudinal hole center distance of 60 mm, and a rubber base width of 100 mm. The second type has a total height of 65 mm, a base plate thickness of 7 mm, and a rubber body height of 58 mm.
Full Production Control
For both specifications, the base plate length is 180 mm, the base plate width is 117 mm, the mounting hole diameter is 11 mm, the lateral hole center distance is 140 mm, the longitudinal hole center distance is 60 mm, and the rubber base width is 100 mm. The only differences are the total height and rubber body height. Customers can choose the appropriate specification based on their installation space. The company has more than 150 production machines and production capabilities for polyurethane products, rubber products, and metal processing. This allows us to control product quality throughout the production process. The production cycle for standard products is 20 days. We review orders after receiving them. After confirming the materials, we closely follow the outsourcing process and leave buffer time in production planning to support on-time delivery.
