Yantai Chenyu Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. has a research and testing building of about 3,000 square meters. The building is equipped with a 200-ton ball pin testing machine and a salt spray test room. Limits Frame Side Movement
The Frame Side Bump Stop is installed on the side of the frame and is suitable for the chassis of heavy trucks, trailers, and engineering vehicles. It limits lateral movement of the frame. When the vehicle turns, lateral forces act on the frame. Lateral impact can also occur on uneven roads. The bump stop absorbs these impact forces and prevents the frame from making hard contact with nearby components. This helps reduce collision damage to surrounding parts.
Our product uses a rubber and metal composite structure. The rubber part resists compression and aging. Its dimensions match the original vehicle part, allowing direct replacement. This helps maintain a stable side gap in the chassis and supports driving stability.
The total product height is 66 mm. The base plate is 7 mm thick, and the rubber body is 59 mm high. The base plate is 132 mm long and 92 mm wide.

The company can produce 150,000 torque rods per month, and this production capacity also supports bump stop production. We review orders after receiving them. The production cycle is 20 days for standard products and 40 days for custom products. We can offer discounts for large orders and accept payment in US dollars. For trade terms, we mainly use FOB.
