Protects Front Leaf Spring

The Coil Spring Bump Stop is installed at the front leaf spring position of the vehicle. It limits the maximum upward travel of the front leaf spring. When the vehicle moves over bumps, the leaf spring compresses. This bump stop cushions the compression impact on the front suspension. It prevents direct metal-to-metal impact, reduces abnormal noise from the front suspension, and protects the front leaf spring and frame. It also resists repeated compression, deformation, and fatigue. It is suitable for front suspension repair and replacement on trucks and heavy trucks. We have two types. The first type has a base plate assembly. The total product height is 64 mm. The base plate thickness is 7 mm. The rubber body height is 57 mm. The base plate length is 167 mm. The base plate width is 92 mm. The mounting hole diameter is 13 mm.

The second type is a pure rubber buffer block. The total product height is 60 mm. The rubber body height is 60 mm. The maximum outer diameter is 75 mm. The middle shaft outer diameter is 22 mm. The center inner hole diameter is 15 mm. The Coil Spring Bump Stop is a small part, but it provides strong protection for the front suspension. It helps prevent direct metal impact and extends the service life of the leaf spring and frame. The company can produce 150,000 torque rods every month. This production capacity also supports bump stop production. The production cycle for standard products is 20 days. The production cycle for custom products is 40 days. We provide customers with progress updates during production, including photos and videos. For trade terms, we mainly use FOB. This means we cover the cost of shipping the goods to the port and clearing customs. For export packing, we use wooden pallets to keep the goods safe during transport.
