Stronger Than Rubber
The PU Balance Shaft Bushing uses high-strength polyurethane instead of traditional rubber. It consists of metal inner and outer sleeves pressed together with the polyurethane material. Compared with rubber products, it has better wear resistance, aging resistance, and tear resistance. It also has a higher load capacity and lower deformation. It resists compression and maintains its shape under load. This gives it a longer service life. It fits heavy-load and harsh working conditions and is used in balance shaft suspension systems. It can reduce the frequency of maintenance and replacement. Our product has 6 specifications. The D1 values range from 110.5 to 160.5 mm. The D2 values range from 136.8 to 209.8 mm. The D3 values range from 160 to 262 mm. The H1 values range from 83.5 to 127.5 mm. The H2 values are 22 or 31 mm.
Material Advantages And Service
Polyurethane has clear advantages over rubber. Its wear resistance is 3 to 5 times that of natural rubber. Its hardness range is wide, from Shore A10 to Shore D80. Even at high hardness, it maintains good elasticity. The material has very good resistance to oil and is similar to nitrile rubber in this respect. Its brittle temperature range is from minus 50 to 70 degrees Celsius. Some formulations do not become brittle even at lower temperatures.
